Hi... you know that is a loaded question, right? That answer is going to be as varied as there are the number of people on this forum... Everyone has their own tastes!
I thought I was going to need to glue mine in but found that they press fit snugly to the point that I couldn't add glue if I wanted to. Can't get them out without drilling which was the point anyway! :toast:
I replaced the case screws with magnets 1/8th dia x 1/16th high which provide a little less the 1/2lb holding which is more than enough for this case.
FDV V3 510 connector...
Ok, so I've completed the initial build on my Hana style box from FT with a Evolv DNA30D board. Currently I'm using buttons from RadioShack while I wait for ones I ordered from Germany which are low profile panel mount with square top keys and round through hole.
I had my moments and actually...
There may be a couple of different reasons for this and I'm sure others will chime in. 1. The drain on your battery is too much for the coil setup you are using. 2. You may have a bad battery that is shorting out on the body. This can happen if the protective sheath does not cover the battery...
dude your original post does not say that you tested the tank on other regulated mods, only that it works on other mods. You did not say that you have other mods that test ohms! read what you said. Have you checked the tank on an ohm meter yes or no? Simple question! If you have simply used it...
Another thing you may want to take a look at is the pos post at the bottom of the tank. You can also get this error if your tank is not making contact with the Vamo!
Typically 9.9 for me has indicated that my ohm was not high enough to fire. Your comment here leads me to believe that you have not tested the coil(s) or if you rebuilt them yourself they are too low but the only way to know for sure is to put that tank on an ohm meter or atty tester.
What is your coil ohms rated for in the tank that does not work on the vamo? It has to be at lease 1.2 ohms... mine will not fire on anything less than that. if you press and hold the right (up) button it will show the ohm reading on the tank not working.
You may want to peruse the youtube channels for building vape mods. There are lots of videos, many of which go into great detail about building mods from scratch using everything from plastic to wood. That would give you an idea on where you might want to start depending on your sill level with...
I like the design but I'm curious about how that will work once you get everything wired up to the board. The view does not look like it took that into account.
Hey welcome... just so you know that tank on that battery is going to look really odd! as for your current setup I would empty out the tank, take out the coil and run it under some hot watch for a couple of minutes, blow over it a couple of times to get the excess water out and mount it back in...
The 101 was the first mech I purchased and its been flawless in performance. If you got the kit with the cardo on it then that will be good for testing eliquids with. I've used mine with PT2, RDA and RBA and currently have a Kraken sitting on it. I have efest batteries as well and have not had a...
