    Vaping sweet flavors has absolutely no effect on your blood sugar. I'm a type 2 diabetes and went from an A1C of over 12 TO 5.8 vaping sweet flavors all the way through without insulin or medication, only diet. Sugar has everything to do with what you eat and what medications you're taking.
