    Excellent, thanks for the experimentation.. I'll do this tomorrow as well. I'm not flush, have a wide drip tip and as-is, wide-open, it doesn't even come close to my R91 as far as obtaining an airy draw.

    Mine was apparently delivered today, have yet to check the mailbox though. I'm curious to see how it stacks up to the R91 though, for me the R91 was a really nice surprise, top notch quality for a 'clone', if you can even call the R91 a clone at this point.

    Thanks for the ideas, all! Glad to hear LDPE is the way to go. That's an idea.. I thought about it, but had the same problem with plastic syringes holding the smell/flavor.. I didn't think about a glass syringe though.. that might work.

    I got it in pretty tight.. I took the metal bridge piece off completely and put the rod/screw though, and made sure it was sticking through the plastic insulator a bit a bit, then put the bridge piece back on and tightened it up. I could probably still move the bridge piece if I wanted to do...
