you can PM me for the details (there is no list). now i can tell you that there will be no brushed finish but all the URBAs will be mate (top cap and tank SS/PMMA sections), while the outer "rings " and DTs will be machined finish (almost like brushed).

    Titanium wires

so, that means that higher percentage of Ti the better. i found some on the net which are 99.7 Ti for about 36$ per 10m, compared to 99.9 which is much more expensive. i hope that 0.2% less Ti doesn't make that much of a difference as much as the prices. anyway, i hope that you will stock the...

    Titanium wires

great find, Imeo! now all we need is Ti mesh:= can you tell us what's the grade or composition of the wire?

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

that looks great, and the most important thing is that you are satisfied. good job.

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

i guess proteckt3d is right, but i would like to see some (close up) photos of your coil.

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

i'm glad to hear positive feedback from most of you:) well, this method is about simplicity and efficiency - to avoid any additional processes, materials or parts... but that's good idea, and i'm just wondering how it actually works. so, what is the coating/insulating material? :D that's...

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

that's great, because i have to clean mine every day:) don't know why... roll the wick around some needle, tightly. than unroll it, and roll again (this time, without the needle). at first, spiral shape will be more pronounced, so you have to tighten it until it fits in the coil.

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

@gdeal - no, not at all. actually, we need more posts like that one (with pictures of different mods and set-ups). to make it contact good enough (with coil wire), it needs some experience. mine is so tightly in contact, so i can lift up my 60gr mod by holding mesh, and the the mesh will not...

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

no, i mean like this: in this case, let's say that the black part is wick, and the white color is empty space. that empty space makes wick not to overlap its pores and wires/fibers, so e liquid can circulate "freely". and it makes wick more flexible to squeeze in coil. although i can't see...

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

don't get me too serious, since i haven't use any 500 mesh so far, and my opinion (impression) is based on experiences with 325, 400 and 400 super fine meshes. so, if you are getting better vaping performances with 500 mesh compared to less fine meshes, than stick to it. i'm just assuming that...

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

that's what i think, tightly rolled "crushed" mesh is not enough porous. as i said, i didn't use #500 mesh yet, so i'm just Thinking and visualising 48lowes's problematic coil. i usually roll my meshes in spiral (when using wider mesh 20-30mm), and i make them "tight" with chimney when rolling...

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

i would gladly help, but i was busy, and so far, 48lowes is the only one having unsolved problem with his wick/coil. well, it all depends from a device, preferences, etc. it's the best to find some optimum/middle point, in general. i guess your 2mm wicking OD is the optimum, and it's good as...

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

i think that some pictures of your problematic set-ups would help us all to solve the problem.

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

LeakiWick - i don't think so that raising would make any significant difference, but also i can't be completely sure, because i didn't use any Zenesis aty so far. so, if you think that raising of the - pole, would improve your coils, use some small washers to raise it. anyways, if you have some...

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

yes, i can, actually i could, and i'm saying that because i don't use it any more. that's one version of the mod, which has/had 3.5mm wicking hole, and it is presumed for 2mm OD mesh. but it has one small drawback - gunk falls in the tank through the extra space between the mesh and wicking...

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

@EDO - it doesn't have to be 100% perfectly rounded. also, pay attention on those wire tails from the mesh, since they can make shorts too. you have to roll it around something, e.g. a needle which is 0.3 - 0.5mm, and than, when you roll it tightly around the needle, it would be good that it...

    The ceramic coated Coil

why did you insulated the mesh, since the wire is insulated, too? isn't it enough to insulate just the wire, to prevent shorts? i'm suggesting the wire to be insulated because if you insulate the mesh, it will stop the capillary process.

    New-Just in or maybe

where can we find some graphite oxide? or, can we DIY it too? :D edit: actually, i guess we can: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3O4YV0mrkfQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oEFwyoWKXo

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

yes, that's why i'm using it in shape of "L". you could also extend the bottom wider part so it completely blocks the gunk to get inside the tank. or you can just make it tighter all the way, but make it even and perfectly rounded as much as possible. a coil has to be stable, especially if you...

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

@mogium - it could be due to many reasons. maybe you could send me some photos of the set up, so i can inspect it and find the problem. @the ob - exactly, this thread should be a "collection" of the method and various adaptations. but, since i don't have any other geni type mod except the...
