IPV Mini 2, how durable?
I went from gloss red to florecsent orange because of fingerprints showing on the red too much, don't mind orange , easier to find when I misplace it. Once the orange starts to go I will be trying your method. If Dutch football is rugby, I don't mind watching , would not want to play it though. -

Dropped mine twice now, once from about three feet and once off my lap after standing up almost had a heart attack both times. Still works like new, so it is durable. -

I have had mine for three weeks now, as soon as I got it I put some dielectric grease on the threads, just enough to coat them. Have not had any connection problems like you described so far. -

DIY Magnetic Mixer vs Vortex Mixer vs anyother method
I use an oscilating sander with just the foam backing, works good for small bottles. I just press the bottom of the bottle down on the foam backing and it gets a nice little vortex going.- robertr

Missing safety feature for Temp Control?
You should only be using the ni200 nickel wire in temp mode, you should not be using ni200 wire in regular mode. -

What should I upgrade to.........
I also used a Provari v2 for the last 4 years , I updated it from the the original, if you were satisfied with it , you may only need a 30w . I don't think the Provari went over 15 watts. Subtank mini is a great choice. I went with a ipv mini 2 with a subtank mini, probably never use it above 30... -

Man , that is a tough spot to get to. I don't know if you could get something in there to push on it, maybe it will pop out. Kind of sucks having to send it back if you can't fix it. You could try some emery cloth wrapped around something and then sand the bump down a bit, might be good enough... -

Foggy, I think you will like that setup, I switched to the 1.2 coil , vaping at 20 watts. Dea7h, someone mentioned using a file on the two pins if they stick out, right by the battery cap. You could get at them better if you are comfortable taking it apart.
