    I'm sure you know, but I just dealt with a big TOBH yesterday where the positive pin had been overtightened and had to be trimmed so it would fire (couldn't get it off the pin). Make sure you don't over-tighten!

    So I went to the b&m yesterday b/c I had to return a friends mod that he left in his truck and see if they had any wire in stock. Negative on the wire, did end up having to help a customer with a build that wouldn't fire. Ended up being a switch issue and a positive insulator that had gotten...

    Andria you are OK with blending flavors, have you tried buying something double strength and cutting it with pg/vg to bring down the nic level? Its been great for saving money for me.

    I run high vg (a 50/50 at that point though) and had the same problem... under-wicked.

    Thanks Mac, that was my problem I think. Dual 4x26AWG on 3 mom for a net .35 ohms. Bad hot legs and hard to control contact. Gonna rebuild later and see how that does.
