Copper Creek Chit Chat, Part #4

Not me - I eat sparingly and quit when I begin to feel satisfied. And if you believe that, you'll buy THIS WATCH.

Normally I wouldn't mind if it rained here on Turkey Day, but I'm smoking the turkey on the pit. That would be very unfun in the rain.

Boxers are pretty well represented in here! My son has one, and my sister also had one. They're good dogs, but definitely require a "master" or "mistress" that is in charge.

That weather sounds pretty lousy. Guaranteed to turn the roads into a skating rink. I can identify with Victor and the fig. Charlie would likely do the same thing, and look guilty the whole time. Halibut on the other hand...she eats EVERYTHING. She would probably not only eat the fig, if you...

I think Miss Poopy Pants is beautiful, too. And I just love her nickname!

Adware. Google "AVG Anti-virus". I think they still have a free version and it's pretty decent. If you already have an anti-virus software installed, make sure it's updated and run a scan.

Just think of the peril you helped all those other drivers avoid! Obscure movie reference: Those other drivers avoided almost certain peril.

Tiff! We missed ya around here! Glad to hear things are coming together for you. I don't blame you re: the family holiday thing...it sounds too gruesome to endure for a week. The Kindle thing is a good plan - reading lowers my stress level too.

No doubt about it being worth the money, especially when you consider what we would be paying to smoke these days. California just passed a TWO DOLLAR PER PACK additional tax. I feel bad for the smokers. I voted against it. I will never be one of those people who will vote for a tax increase on...

I only ever had one MVP. I liked it, used it a long time before it finally gave up the ghost. Unfortunately the integrated battery means it's only going to last so long. I did some research on trouble-shooting and repair for mine. Hopefully I won't have to use what I learned, but my hopes are...

Here no one needs a leaf blower. The key is not to live at the south end of the street. Nature takes care of making sure all the leaves (and everything else) get collected at the southernmost point. In other news: our washer threw an error code and stopped working. We were able to reset it and...

I meant the guy who called the cops to come help him, and his suspended license. Although to be fair, no one ever accused me of being a brain surgeon, either. o_O

If I was an OWS, what would I be? :?: I suppose this would be a bad time to mention that I took a vacation day today so I could escape the rats for a 3-day weekend.... W*rk has been a H*llish experience this week. I had to be mean boss all day yesterday. But yeesh, I can only cope...
