The file uploader went funky on me, but here's the threaded adjustable positive post I made. Also a tank mod I made yesterday for a Diver.
The nylon insulator can be threaded off, and the post can be flipped to accept an eGo or 510 adapter. On the underside is a hardwood custom insulator with a...
ISSUES?

Right on UA72Riddle... I'm just a maniac. Got my first mech mod 4 years ago and haven't stopped modding mods since. Truth is I didn't HAVE TO mod anything on the MKB either, but I'm attempting to max out the function and longevity of my MKB. After mine worked OK out-of-the-box I...
Got my GGTS Oddy bases, thanks to the tip from dwcraig1. Three out of three screw right onto the MKB with no extra effort or machining. Had to totally re-think my center post rig... again. Also, seems I should have gotten the "oddy plastic" to insulate the positive post at the bottom against the...
Yo Vego, I'm very opinionated in this area so naturally I'll blab my face off about it as if to make you see it my way. Since I know this about myself, and can't seem to control it, I no longer feel bad when people take some advice and leave the rest.
Each of the different metals have there own...
My unused and unaltered bOd has only one vent located on the bottom cap in the form of a single hole aprox. 1/8" in diameter. It looks like adding the mechanicals of the Lavafire Super 6 will defeat the venting. I don't see myself drilling holes the bOd as I might still throw it to the classy's...
I'm looking at the far right, trying to spot a GGTS base, but all I see is a Genesis atomizer with a TS connection. Is that a Zen? I'm confused, I thought we were making Oddy's fit with a GGTS (middle pic?). I am desiring a Genesis TS connection. Is this configuration your showing Unicorn...
It's always harder to "stay on topic" these days because we find ourselves INTEGRATING so much. Sure the 510 connection is universal, good luck 'cause everything doesn't always go smoothly.
SO in the spirit of GGTS bases... I did not know the UFS supports a GGTS base also. I am UFS illiterate...
I'm back. One of my most essential tools for dealing with all kinds of e-cig gear is a "PanaVise". It's a bench vise with a plastic jaw. I use it to deal with terminators, and had to use when I received my MKB because most of my parts came overtightened. Definitely my entire collector tank was...
Haaahaaaa. Sorry to laugh at your woes, but that's freak'n hillarious! I cleared a college dorm performing a magic trick that involved a ball of fire. No one was hurt, and nothing burned - just a tiny plume of vapor triggered the alarm.
The two pins of my switch wouldn't stay together at first; no misfires. I applied Locktite and I believe it insulated the pins from each other, so misfires ensued. I installed the brass shim & the misfires stopped & has been 99.999% reliable since. That tells me it was an electrical improvement...
+1 Vego. You just surmised my entire experience with this Mod. Love the device overall, but the switch really bothered me at first. For me, a little locktite and the shim, plus careful positioning of all the fittings to get the right throw and I haven't looked back since.
I'm VERY happy with...
Yeah - what inganeer said. Some tanks have their own airflow, so that extra distance is not needed. Sometimes size matters so I had to have one for those times.
BTW, I used my MKB with a single RCR123a all weekend on a dual-SS-wick 1.6ohm AGA-T2+. No gold top-cap, regular collection tank with...
Umm... I don't totally remember what I did but I can tell you it is removable. It's a PITA but it's possible. Can't find my Chi Chi right now either. too much FC juice on last use. I think I used a small nail w hammer and some how knocked the two pressed fittings apart - isn't one hollow? Yeah I...
That's definitely different than mine. Could there be a third edition?
I have a first edition. The differences (from 1st ed.) I can spot in this picture are...
Gold Spring (just had to say it), iSeason switch, 2-piece collector tank.
The collector tank is the most notable, as I don't think...
