    er, Well, technically, electromagnets could *charge* your device, in theory. But thats neither here nor there. Your ecig is a battery, and a resistive coil (and e-juice) No different than a lightbulb. not triggered, the whole set up emits zero EMF (electro-magnetic interference)...
