Ben is one of the best supplier that i dealt with. The last batch was not as good as the first one i had. Everyone got angry and impatient, including myself. We all wanted the bad batch to get fixed. He just sent me the replacement order for my other juices.. Not only did he replace them, but he threw in lets say... Some extra?

My favorite e liquid, Boba's bounty, i had 2 bad orders from him, he threw in 4 of Boba's bounty, replaced my RY4 and my Havana Gold!

Boba's Bounty bad batch had very little flavor and was extremely thin. RY4 and the Havana Gold burnt my throat when i vaped them, and were very thin...

My new replacements are thick, flavorful, and colorful unlike the bad batch!

It was shipped May 7th, a friday, I got them today, Monday! Fast shipping!

Took time to fix but it was worth the wait.
Will be a customer forever now!

Glad to hear Ben took care of you, LSK. I'm in the same situation now that you were. Ben replied to my initial contact some 3 weeks ago explaining that he would correct the issue, but I haven't heard from him since. Did you need to contact him more than once? (I hate to bother the man but I'm concerned that things may have gone astray during the big move)

I met another vaper at a night club who had some Boba's Bounty and he let me fill my cart with it. I'd never tried it before and was curious.
It started out tasting pretty interesting and then gradually the flavor turned to coconut. Is that to be expected or was it part of the bad batch? It wasn't unpleasant, it just seemed odd.

Just an update on the minor issue I had with Boba's Bounty...

I just received a PHONE CALL from Ben. Imagine that? We're talking about a $20-ish order and the man took the time to call/explain the issue and make sure things were straight. Gotta love that. =)

After speaking with Ben for a bit I'm convinced that the replacements will be just fine and that Boba is coming home. LOL

-- Just two business days after speaking to Ben I received a package from AVE. Not only did Ben replace Boba's Bounty but he threw in an additional bottle of it. Also, I was originally shorted a 12ml bottle of Havana (at the super sale price) and he replaced that with an 18ml bottle.

More importantly, Boba is back with a vengeance! Delicious and thick clouds of glorious vapor has returned.

Thank you, Porphy. Your attention in this matter is much appreciated and you have gained a loyal and happy customer in the process. =)
