    I may try this if I get sick of trying to fill from the top with the needle bottle tip that I use now. I know the M1A1 tanks have a fracture pattern around their holes which I don't care for. Can it be done without this happening?

    I love my SS tank, but it is more difficult to fill (completely) than any other tank design that I have tried. Have you considered making a design with a fill port. Port in tank tube with a stainless steel screw would be great. Even better might be a small syringe port through the cap itself...

    If you have a complete tank with carto in your bag, you probably don't need the space for cartos or juice so much, but it sounds like great for carrying extra batteries. Can't wait until my custom tank is done, and I doubt if I will be carrying it around in a bag.

    Good question, it's why I have avoided up to now buying any brass mods and ordered my Saber with the nickel plate, I use tanks and I haven't seen many if any tanks that are brass. I think I saw one in member photo here on ECF somewhere. As far as the other stuff I've never looked.

    Surprised that no one has mentioned the Rio. I just got a Rio Mini and while it is taking a little while for me to get use to the bottom feeder it a great device. I suppose all the Rio owners are busy hanging out in their own forum.

    It's interesting to see what people choose to call themselves, generally tells you a little about a person, although some names you are wondering where they came up with it from, some inside joke that you don't get. I find this thread rather fascinating.

    Thanks, so basically the drip tip serves the same purpose as the tubing on the 510. Good to know about the threading. Who knows how long I would have assumed I needed a adapter and therefore never tried the 306.

    Thanks that helps a lot. The only thing I don't see is how to completely break down the mini. I tried but some parts resisted removal. Particularly the 510 connection. I actually have a tool designed to remove that kind of nut, its a chainring nut wrench for bicycles, but it does the same thing...

    May I slip a newbie question in here, what is the difference between a 306 and 510, thinking mainly of technical differences, although subjective differences are welcome too. I suppose you need an adapter for the 306. And are there driptips that envelop the atomizer like that cannon for the 510.

    How long on average should I expect one of these attys (cisco) to work. I just got the Reo Mini but I'm charging the (used) batteries because it didn't do much when I tried. I think one of the batteries the seller sent is bad, my charger doesn't like it anyway.

    While all the new tanks are beautiful, I can only buy so many so I am holding out until the sandblasted ones come in. And of course the one I custom ordered. Good luck with the sales, sure many will find a happy home.
