A lot of people use PGA for cleaning attys. sattec chose Crest Pro Blue specifically for people who don't want alcohol in the house. It works ok, but I didn't get the results some people have. And it takes a lot of rinsing or soaking after the mouthwash soak to get rid of that minty fresh taste...- lotus14

No soldering. That's only if you buy a tact switch to put in your existing switch. The mechanical switch is the whole thing - you just put it together and slide it in. I think Steve or Casey said on the next run they'll be standard, probably after the first of the year.- lotus14

CR2 LiFePO4 batteries with charger
Sounds more like the charger leds are telling you what amps they're putting out. Most chargers will charge one batt much faster than two. As the two batts charge up, the leds get brighter because more current is flowing since the batts are soaking up less of it. -

Looks nice and um...expensive! I'd wonder about the output "2x 1000mA @ 5v." I think you're better off with at least 1.5mA. The one found by Markarich159 pushes 2amps if you're only using one of the ports. Wonder it this will do the same or if it's limited to 1amp.- lotus14

BB Passthru DOA?
Same here on the other mod PT. Most wall adapters for chargers don't push enough current. You need at least 1.5 amps. Markarich159 found this one: USB Dual Power Adapter The web site looks a bit funky, but I got mine in 3 days. Works great, pushes 2 amps! $3.90 shipped! -

Thanks Jaaxx, though I am curious about the voltage. I'll have to be checking the unprotected cr2s I have coming. If they don't work out I'll get some of these LiPO4s. Nice charger mod, btw :D -

Well, burnt taste with PT problem solved! :D First, I went back to using my PTB mod ( a mod of the RHO mod). It gives a more continuous flow of liquid to the atty. When dripping you can get dry quickly at 5v or over do it sometimes and flood. Boiling e-liquid is not good. Second, I started...- lotus14
