    The eGo/Echo Kuwako Thread

I may have to pick one of these auto egos for my Kanger T2s. I've been waiting patiently for a replaceable coil head clearo in 808 for my echos. Kanger appears to have no interest in developing the 808 line that made them famous. I forgot Rob is having a moving sale until the 17th so I took...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

just waiting for 808s to catch up to the 510s with the replaceable coil heads. Can't believe Kanger doesn't make an 808 version if the t2. Those are where it's at for me right now. Other than that I'm seeing Kangers 808 Dm-1 (aka M3) everywhere. Looks good-good reviews but only a 1ml capacity...

The Echo Thread - Part 2

The screw on tips for ce4s are like drip tips for cartos and attys. They are perfectly interchangeable like taking your drip tip off an atomizer and putting it on another. Well, except for those colored ones, maybe. I'll have to take you word on those since your bad review is keeping me away.

both Mtn Vapor and NW Vapors have the iTurbos. But you'll have to swap out the round tips for the flat ones you have.

    Questionson the Volt...

The v4l are known typically for having a more open easier draw. So that raises some questions from personal preference, cartos used and whether you cleaned the batteries -which needs to be done regularly for a nice draw on an auto. It's too difficult to say unless I'm using you battery so we'll...

The Echo Thread - Part 2

If you need to get the shell off, you screw it onto an echo battery and hold both the battery and the bottom silver band of the clearo tightly. Grab the shell and wiggle, turn, wiggle, turn. It will pop off. Some of these are tighter than others. You may have to tap lightly with a small hammer...

I ordered some flat tips from him and they work. I'm 95% sure they came from him.

Does anyone make a mass marketed VV 808?

If you look around you can find a 510 to 808 adapter that only adds a millimeter in length like this one from Mad Vapes. 510 to 901/808-D Shorty Adapter. The echo charger from cropduster will work on your stealth. 808 does not make atomizers. You used to be able to use 901s on 808 batteries...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

the v4l batteries have a longer cutoff. Expensive batts but they have regular sales. The echo is a fat bat I know, but it's extremely light and responsive and much shorter in length than the SI batteries (and the cartos hold more juice.) They all have a 5 second cutoff too but if you take a...

    VapingZone Concentrated Alcohol-based Flavors Reviews...

They don't lose flavor for me but change over time and continue to do so for awhile. The french pipe loses it's sweet somewhat and whatever "tobacco" notes are there come out. I've found it to be at it's peak after 2 weeks. The VFC is a little less complex a flavor but it too starts off really...

Of course. Naturally extracted juices, dark tobaccos, oil based flavorings etc. All are coil killers although not as fast. By standard resistance, I should have specified wattage. Think typical for the range that the echo battery can handle. That darkening of juice in a clearo is scary and...

If you really want a thing of beauty, a ce2 rewicked with cotton and a ce4 shell holds 2.5 mls of juice. There is a lot of good info on natural fiber wicks on this thread. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/284030-wick-materials-safe-vs-dangerous.html I'm not sold on whether we...

I'm with Cool Breeze on the cotton. They do seem to hog juice at first but I think it's just because they are so absorbent. Over time I seem to use less juice and have to refill less. And cotton allows you to string it through a coil rather than having to tear everything apart. There you go...

so glad I revived the thread. These look great. Anyone tried ce2s in these? Just curious to see if a ce2 shell would fit. It may be a great option as a shell can be easily made to the right size even though care may have to be taken to keep the pipe propped upright when not in use.

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

I've looked at the dm-1s. I don't think they are fat batt sized. I think they are elite 808 sized. No word on performance. If there's a sale, keep us posted.

yeah....searching for something similar in 510, I have come to realize why the 510 path always seems to end in Variable voltage, button pushing mods. It's really the only way to enjoy a good percentage of whats available in 510. The echo and hardware is just simple and a dream to use. Most of...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

I rarely use my ce4s but I got a couple working well work well too with the right amount of cotton or bamboo. They don't get sliced like silica when you put the wick in the slits. They soak up the juice rather than wick it. But sometimes you need to let the cotton sit on a filled clearo for 2-3...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

soon..... compared to 808s it seems that there really isn't too many decent 510 things until you get up to VV and then you don't have to worry about most of the hardware being garbage. Was going to replace my dying 510 battery with another one and realized I'd still be stuck using 3-4 things in...

So you extend from the mouth part, essentially making a longer shaft? I'm also wondering if the decline in vapor is typical auto issues when the connections get gunked up. How hard is it to get in the shank part and clean the connection with a q-tip dipped in aclohol? Cleaning my auto batts is a...
