I'm trying a bamboo wick right now and I'm quite impressed with it. The u-wick & dual coil options have been wearing on my mind the past few days. Was apparently not content with a perfectly running SS mesh setup (still have one on my v1).
I'd say either a high mah portable power supply (they are rampant these days on Amazon). Some have solar charging options. Could charge it off a vehicle when available or if a generator will be running at any point?
These can't really charge Li-Ion cells afaik. They would be useful for USB...
Looks like it'd be good for dual coil and/or U-wick.
I was thinking of punching out the negative post and using it as another wick hole. But haven't talked myself into it.
Think TC was getting at "it won't do it out of the box"
I did find it a touch absurd paying $23 for a black extension. But its worth it. They clearly milled the thing out of a solid block of steel. Its not going to be a weak link on the chain, so to speak.
Don't like its rounded. The paint is...
Clearomizers are probably the least complicated delivery system available. Fill & vape with the occasional cleaning or changing of the head.
Rebuilding isn't necessary, but the mark up on purchasing heads is too costly imo. I personally hate waste & try to reduce it whenever possible.
Faxed...
I'm not sure of the lowest Ohm reading the Provari is capable of, but it can't run a coil below .9Ω, so I'm going to assume LO is below that point.
Sounds like you'll need to add another wrap or two to the coil.
As Killjoy mentioned you can measure the resistance with a DMM on the top...
Xtar, Pila & Sysmax Intellicharger are all highly regarded.
AW are still some of the best batteries. There are also Efest & Panasonic CGR18650CH cells making waves.
As far as faster charging, I believe some chargers will let you set the output amperage higher (1a I think) but this should...
I saw one of our local gas stations is now carrying Blu & another. Thought about buying one until I remembered there was two Provari in my damned pocket.
But glad to see they have em. Chances are there will be one around in the near future.
Faxed in on the Mojo Wire
Definitely not pocket friendly, but it does an amazing job at keeping everything organized. Need to add a small box (possibly battery box) to hold some spare wire & the likes.

Wattage & voltage modes have their own pros/cons. But as for convenience I'd say wattage would take the cake (especially if switching delivery systems often). Voltage can be adjusted in .1 increments whereas I think most wattage modes adjust by .5 increments.
If I'm not mistaken the CVI v2 can...
They are 'blemished' mods that come out. The one I ordered had a scuff on the end cap. I haven't seen anybody post one that has shown up with a super ugly blemish.
They can't use anything that has the eGo skirt without an adapter, and your correct, the blems come bare-bones (no batteries or...
You can get batteries & charger cheaper elsewhere (check RTD Vapor).
Not sure what else is in the kit, but it may not be necessary depending on your preferred delivery system.
But for convenience I ordered my first batteries & charger from Provape too.
You can also order a blem and save a few...
AGA-T2 is affordable & works great. Got 2 and another on the way.
Same company just released the AGI which is a combo, can be used as a dripper or genesis style RBA.
I see some good words about this RSST but have never used or seen one myself.
If you've already got a genesis style RBA (or...
Adjusting wattage up & down is doing the exact same thing that adjusting the voltage up or down would do. The device will just do all of the legwork when it comes to changing out delivery systems of differing resistances. A coil will also adjust resistance a little bit when in use, so the...
