    Protank 2 Microcoil Vapor Issues

Hopefully someone else can chime in on that one - I only use 30 gauge kanthal right now cuz I'm working on a regulated device.

    Protank 2 Microcoil Vapor Issues

I use 1/16 as well... must've forgotten to undo that first wrap of the coil. I usually do a 10 wrap, that undo the first go around because its never as tight or uniform as the rest. You're correct though, 9 wrap usually gives me around 1.8.

    MsT...some message, please?

Placed my order on sept 30, received "awaiting shipment" status on oct 13, NOTHING since. I didn't even think t check the forums before ordering, just heard from a local b&m how many people rave about her juice so I went ahead and ordered. This is freaking ridiculous.

    Protank 2 Microcoil Vapor Issues

I have microcoiled all my protanks, minis, and evods using 30awg kanthal and p&c cotton yarn - works like a dream. 9 wrap meters out to 2 ohms, thread the wick, drop or two of juice to prime said wick, then fill her up, let her sit for 5-10 minutes, and BLAST OFF.

New Set Up and Box Mod Question

Sorry to thread-jack, and I'm sure I'm gonna get roasted on this one, but: Why are Reo's so dang expensive? I think it's a great concept, really considering getting one. That being said, I believe it's beauty lies in the simplicity of it... yet a block of aluminum with an atty runs ~$200...

    IGO W Question

Totally off topic, but crazy glue is not something I would want to be heating up and inhaling any possible fumes of on a regular basis. You may want to find an alternative plug material before you do serious upper respiratory damage - this coming from an almost 20 year PAD smoker.

    Fogger V2...WOW

Are you talking about the contact pin/screw? The fill hole screw is a pretty close match, I recall mixing the two up my first time putting it all back together. Memory's a little foggy (dweebish pun intended) but I'm pretty sure they both fit as a contact pin, but only one screws all the way...

    Cotton yarn issue

I've been wrapping 1/16 id micro coils and using a piece of peaches & creme cotton yarn with one strand removed. I can fit all 4 strands through the coil, but have found that using only 3 works much better for me (most of my juices are 50/50 or 100% vg). Haven't had to use "flavor" wicks in a...

    Vaping Issues

All very good suggestions, but a quicker and/or easier fix would be to first try out low res coils in the existing tanks you already have. A 1.5 or 1.8 coil head on a fixed 3.7 volt battery will be much more satisfying than the usual 2.5 ohm coils than come standard on most devices. I agree...

    RDA manufacturers-MAKE THE HOLE BIGGER!!

If everything just came with adjustable airflow, we could ALL be happy. Manufacturers gotta step their game up - I'm willing to hand over my hard-earned money, but I want options dammit!

Where to get cotton wicks from

I've recoiled all my protanks and evods using 30g kanthal micro coils wrapped around a 1/16 drill bit. Peaches and creme yarn from Walmart has been the most consistent for me. The yarn has 4 strands; I just remove one and it fits perfectly then, depending on the pg/vg ratio of your juice, the...

    Fogger V2...WOW

I'm sure my issue are just user error at this point, cuz I have the same coil setup in my protank with the same juice and its awesome. Gotta play around more when I get time this weekend - this damn job expects me here 5 days a week...

    Fogger V2...WOW

I snapped the oring that was already in place when taking it apart to clean and just never bothered replacing it; figured the cotton yarn would swell enough to plug up any leaks. I think some of my issues are more about the combination of using 100% vg juice and the colder weather - but who...

    Fogger V2...WOW

Let it sit for a while cuz I was about to throw it through a wall, but she's vaping like a beaut now. With 100% vg juice, a three strand cotton yarn wick is plenty - any additional strands just tightened up the draw and caused some dry hits. The 50/50 I was using earlier gurgled like crazy...

    Fogger V2...WOW

True, but I keep forgetting to lube the oring on top of the chimney so when I go to unscrew the stainless cap the chimney comes with it. Wasted half a tank of the crap juice I started with - not sure why I went right ahead with my good stuff before even trying out the new build. I'll be fed up...

    Fogger V2...WOW

Yea, I can see where you're coming from. Only been a few hours, and I'm already starting to realize the finicky-ness of this thing. Ended up tearing apart my first build cuz I felt the top wick was muting the flavor, but three strands p&c didn't quite fill the gap. Can't find my case of drill...

    Fogger V2...WOW

12 wrap, 30awg micro coil with p&c cotton yarn wick (one strand removed). Metered out at 2.6 ohms on my vamo v3. Had to disassemble and add one strand as a flavor wick to stop the slight gurgle, but so far so good. Only leak was when I replaced the drip tip after sticking a bit of napkin down...

    Seasonal Flavors, Ideas?

Yea, I've been keeping a close watch on that one ever since I received my lil bit o' everything on the 9th. Check it every few days and it keeps smelling better and better. Promised myself I wouldn't touch it til I can sit down and really enjoy it on Saturday.

    Seasonal Flavors, Ideas?

Gooey pumpkin butter cake. Not really a traditional seasonal flavor, but my brothers mother in law makes one every year for thanksgiving and it is fantastic. Wassail. Seriously, could be the new "seasonal" RY4 with every company having their own variations. For those curious, I'm speaking of...

    Newbie from PA here. :)

Thread-jacking, lol. Yup, I got 15mL bottles of Hobbes blood and honey peary and a 6mL bloody mango still steeping (gotta let the citrus flavors mellow, weird taste buds hahaha). Really enjoying some of their tobacco blends too - beeblebrox is delicious, honey nut tobacco is damn tasty, and I...
