Well there's that.......
I usually use my syringe, suck every last drop out... leave it in the syringe while I work on it, and then put it back in ... very little waste.

Are you talking about that itty bitty one on the stem right under the drip tip?O-rings. Anyone know where I can find the smaller clear o-rings? Just thinking a head.

I'm still kind of ambivalent about the Fogger. I've got it working, with no leaks or dry hits, but the flavor and vapor just ain't there. I've got 3 (or was it 4?) strands of organic cotton yarn in there right now. I fixed the mis-aligned rubber doohickey that was blocking the airflow holes, but I'm still just getting a very "meh" vape. My Ithaka clone isn't much better, even with the dual coils. Both are around .6-.8 Ohms.
Yea, I can see where you're coming from. Only been a few hours, and I'm already starting to realize the finicky-ness of this thing. Ended up tearing apart my first build cuz I felt the top wick was muting the flavor, but three strands p&c didn't quite fill the gap. Can't find my case of drill bits, so I grabbed a small screwdriver to wrap a slightly larger coil for a full strand if yarn - screwdriver was too thick for the wick grooves so I couldn't attach the coil properly... Did another 1/16 micro, but threaded a full strand of yarn - no more gurgling, but now the coil is choking the wick.
Now I'm stuck with a full tank of Bobas in a tank with a shoddy build and no syringes to pull the juice to redo everything. Not my day I suppose... not my day.
you can always take the ss piece off the top of the tank (its only held in by 1 oring) and pour the juice back into your bottle. just a thought.
If your not using the o-ring under the chimney screw the chimney on tighter, if using the o-ring you might consider removing it.

I agree, cotton fills the gaps, crank the chamber down good, go light on the cover.I snapped the oring that was already in place when taking it apart to clean and just never bothered replacing it; figured the cotton yarn would swell enough to plug up any leaks. I think some of my issues are more about the combination of using 100% vg juice and the colder weather - but who knows. I'll keep playing around when I get some spare time and should get this thing consistently vaping like a champ.

I can't hardly imagine using thick juice in one of these and having it wick OK, I guess maybe I should try it first though prior to commenting about it.
Well it's all re-done running VG, we'll see real soon as soon as I get the primer vaped off.
I snapped the plastic tank just above the threads this morning on my wife's v1 , I was checking to see why it was leaking on it's side. I found out why.
OK, I've seen enough to know (know why they call it "Fogger" that is), this is my only tank that VG will work well in, I'm surprised at the clouds it's making. This is 80% VG as the flavor is 20% (20/80 DIY), I think it's working better than with 75/25.

I was using 95% VG (when my tank glass was in 1 piece) and it was the best vape I've ever had
Have you tried sterile cotton ball? It's pretty inexpensive and easy to use. It's rumored to wick better than anything elsei use 4mm german high quality silica in mine and it wicks perfect. although, i enlarged the wick holes. never leaks and, never a dry hit. great vapor and Great flavor!
