    How much have you spent on devices to date ?

    All said and done about $550 for PV and tanks and juice in 8 months... So a lot less then I would have on cigs by now. Of course my firs 6-7 months I didn't know about this site.... Spending has definitely increased since I found ECF :evil:

    I'm far from an expert, but I know I personally had to use min 24mg nic menthol when I started this ride in Feb. Im down to 6 now. I think you probably need to up the nic content in your juice to help kill the cravings. Just my opinion though. **edit*** sorry for bad grammar ect.. at work...
