    For me (Disclaimer: Personal Opinion Only) the answer is "NO". Example A.) EC Blends. Fantastic juice (for me)... 15$ for 50 ml's. Can't beat it!

    I just recently received two Panasonic CGR18650CH IMR batteries from Fattech (10$, and 8 days from Hong Kong to just outside L.A.... NOT TOO SHABBY!!!), and love them! They have quite a bit more run time than the EFEST 18650's I was using. I highly recommend the Panny's
