    A bit off top but what the heck, sue me. :) An interesting new VV PV from eGo, Super Variable Voltage eGo If this unit works a well as the eGo twist it should be a great beginners VV PV with adjustable volts from 3v to 6v just like the big boys. Errol

    That 6v setting on a V1.5 LT is actually 4.5v. 3amp is the most any available Young June PV is capable of putting out. Errol

You would duplicate what you did with the carto on, that is turn if off and lay it down just the same but without the carto to see if the same thing happens.     I suggest you isolate the problem before doing anything else. Do you leave your tank or carto attached? If so remove the carto to see if the PV still warms up when placed on it's end and laying down. Errol

    I'll bow to your research efforts and findings. I'll pay closer attention but up till now I haven't been able to tell the difference but that could be because most of my vaping is in the 5v range and adjust up or down a couple of points to find my zone. Errol

    You've got a good feel for it now and about all I can suggest is dry burning at 3v if you have a VV PV, it reduces the chance of burning the coil and give you more latitude as to how long the power bursts are. Errol

    The SS Apollo VTubei is a L-Riders called V1.5, It's just a V1 @ 2.5 amps with the new SS tube. Errol
