    a fully charged 18650 will put out 4.20v. most non-vv ego's are regulated at 3.7v.

    Liberty Vapor, Worlds Finest Vape shop, and Vaporfoxxe are all around Philly. Easy off the PA turnpike for all. I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Vapor. Tell Ron that "shawn the Dry Cleaner" sent you. His juices are excellent and he has a decent selection of hardware. GL!
