No problem at all. Have you tried and wind up above the ceramic? In fact there is room for filler piece.

I use sub-ohm dual coils with bf open to both channels of 2mm Eckowoll with no filler piece. Been running that way for two weeks anyway.

I have only torched it. Have not boiled it and I don't think it could taste and last any better. I now have a stock pile of 3&3.5mm silica wick with no use for really.

Is there something to make Banana and Bavarian Cream to pop ?

It is scientific grade altered salt. Fortified with calcium, magnesium, and other additives which unless you have gills could be a bad thing. Stick with Mortons.

Been there before. I check welds by tugging hard on both ends of wire to make sure they stay intact. Some times I'll get one that hasn't. At least you know prior to attempting a coil with it. Hope that helps some what.

Have you tried turning the voltage all the way down? If it's a go then turn up. Worth a try.

    Ithaka A-GO-GO!

That would be a center post nut in the short version. Some people had problems with gurgling/flooding and Imeo came up with that to solve it. I would try the stock one first and see how it goes.

"Helping Hands" or Lighted Magnifiers, etc - do you guys use them?

Hay Sub I think the lighted magnifier for your head is a better idea. I have helping hands and never used them for coil making. And while I don't have a lighted magnifier for my head while using the Tsaf I see how that could be useful. Hope that makes sense.

If you have not already try adjusting your basic feeding and mouth piece. You might not need to wait for the smaller nut.
