    It's a friction fit and that's what made it really tough to take apart. With the two I repaired there was a bad connection to the screw (connected to the tube) in the head. If it's only 2 weeks old I'd contact the Vendor. If it's FastTech they have a 3/ 6 month warranty.

    Yep hit and miss. Customs will send it back to the Vendor and they might/ prolly credit your account. You could always order the zero Nic juice and add your own Nicotine. Shouldn't dilute it too much if you're vaping a low Nic juice. Could also ask for extra flavor shot if they have it.
