Got mine set up (after a good wash). Finish was perfect, no scratches or dings. Things were tight, but came apart with a little encouragement. Built a single coil 32/26 Clapton, 3mm, 4 wraps, 0.62 @ 28 watts (took it up to 32watts but a bit warm). Lots of clouds for a single coil with AF... -

Yes, the "S" wick, when looking straight down. Plenty of cotton, tuck it to the side on decks, overlap the juice channels, but don't stuff any down it. Looks great WestPole. -

I'm with ya Roxy. I have a few low capacity attys that I just use at my studio desk while I do illustrations and design work. They never leave the studio except maybe a quick lunch break. That is one reason I went ahead and bought the Avocado as well. It probably will never leave my studio... -

What are the holes at the bottom of the deck for? The juice flows into that chamber below the wicks? Airflow comes from the sides, but not bottom, right? I thought the juice would drip right on the wicks and deck from the holes above the wicks, but the more I look at it, the more I feel I am... -

Good to know Sockeye. Thanks for that additional test. I think it may help with deciding on the correct ratio of VG/PG. I think maybe 70VG/30PG might be good, or 65/35. You the MAN! -

That 86% VG is a bit misleading when you are mixing it with 14% water isn't it? If it was 14% PG then you could compare the mixtures viscosity in the way we normally refer to and understand VG/PG ratios. 86VG/14H20 is not the same in juice channels as 86VG/14PG. I would imagine that 86% VG... -

Bladutz, I have not had any problems with my juice flow control. Are your wick tails getting caught in the threads? I always make sure there in no wick in the threads and if any wick is in the juice channels make sure none of the cotton (or rayon) overflow on to the threads. Also make sure... -
