Many thanks. TBH I'm kind of torn between this and the bachelor. On the one hand, the bachelor's about $5 cheaper and comes apart fully for cleaning, on the other this is in stock on eciggity and the bachelor isn't 
. Being that I'm about to make a purchase in the next day or two, and won't be able to for a while after, I'm leaning toward this one. either way I WILL get a new tank doggoneit!!!

Just put a new Ti build in my Serpent this morning, typical wicking similar to the S wicking a page or two back with no leaks.
Hi gys, My wotofo Serpent black finally arrived today for FT.
I guess what i read here regarding bad QC on the black version is correct. The juice control is EXTREMELY tight, very hard to turn. Same with the airflow ring also. Worse, the ohms wont stop jumping. Im positive its all tightened down correctly and there is no shorts. Its just soo disappointing since i tried the build using the stock wire and it is hands down the best vape i ever heard of a single coil ever!
Sigh, i keep trying to vape on it even though the ohm keep jumping because it is just tooo damn good. Hopefully the mod wont explode.

Try tightening the adjustable 510 all the way down, mine didn't come tight from wotofo.
My black has same tight JC, and AFC. I just don't use either on it.
And note that the pin is reverse threaded (which is a great thing). Tightening the pin didn't work for me though, and I'm still struggling to get my Serpent to function acceptably :-/

sorry i never had to adjust 510 pin in any of my attys ever. Never had a problem with it. How do i tighten it?
Yeah i managed to turn my JC all the way open and i just leave it there. Even when refilling never leaks.
Seriously even with the major flaws this thing vapes sooo sooooo gooood. Does yours have any issue?
The screw on the bottom of the 510 connection. Remember its reverse threaded. Lefty tighty righty loosy.

What is this garbage, I've defended the Serpent to all corners of the world and recommended it on Reddit about 4,000 times and now it wants to leak on me constantly, especially around the tight ... airflow control which is such a pain in the ... to move. I stopped reading maybe page 10 or something as I had 0 issues but now I might have to go back and spend an hour or two.

HOLY SHEET!! it works! tightened it, wiped 510 connection tissue paper and now steady ohms!!! i could kiss u rite now!!
now if only i could loosened the JC and AFC this thing will be perfect.
I started getting a slight weeping of fluid around airflow ring. Took it apart, cleaned up that bottom o-ring and put it back together. Good ever since.

Threw a 3mm 32/24 single core Clapton @ .5ohms, around 38-40 watts with my current fav juice. Nice relaxing, unwinding from the day vape.
Got mine ordered! Went with SS, since my mod is stainless steel, and once I can get a rx200 in black I think it'll look damn sexy
