    I use carto tanks exclusively and the only time they flood is if they've been exposed to summer heat or if the carto is old and starting to go bad. They're no where near as difficult to master as a rebuildable tank such as the Kayfun. Maybe it is time to go back to polyfill cartos.

    Heat deteriorates nicotine. Leaving it in your glovebox in the 100 degree heat probably didn't do exactly what you wanted it to do. Keeping it in a cool, dark place (not a fridge or freezer, more like a closet) might be better.
