What's wrong with regular cotton?
The cotton taste is strong and persistent and requires repeated boiling to remove. Organic cotton doesn't need boiling but the cotton taste is still strong. Wicking wise it performs equally to regular cotton. Labo cotton tends to have very little cotton taste infrequently which is gone quickly...- SonHouse

I don't think it's going to be a problem personally. I went heavy with the wick since a lot of folks were really stuffing the channels and now I'm dialing it back to what works. I trimmed some wick and cut the juice to 50/50 more or less and it's vaping quite nicely at 25 Watts. ETA - Wow, this... -

I didn't have any luck with the rewick, less cotton but the same performance pretty much. I might try this again tonight with a 2 mm mandrel to reduce the amount of cotton in the channels. I think I'll try trimming first. -

I'd agree. I threw a couple of 12 wraps around a 2.4 mm 28 gauge coils in there and am running it at 25 Watts right now. I overworked the channels, only one is bubbling but it's a pretty good vape with 80% VG juice. I'm going to tear it out and rewicK fairly soon but so far, so good. -

It's a good question I can't answer yet but I'd guess no. I don't think the dual coil matters since my Fogger 4.1s are capable of amazing flavor. I think part of the reason for the strong flavor from the RTAS is the reduced air flow. My Igo-W4s are also capable of amazing flavor and a well built... -

I'd tend to agree with you and the previous posters in regards to flavor from a tank. What I generally don't get is the air flow and large scale vapor production I do with a dripper. -

My coils are long enough I always go with the furthest away hole on the positive post. One thing that affects it somewhat is the orientation of the air slits in comparison to the build block. This registration does not seem to be consistent across my RDA's so all of them get built a bit... -

It sounds like you might need to tighten the screws, fire the mod a few times to heat the coils. Then let it cool and retighten the screws. If this is the problem, you'll feel them tighten down again when you exert the same amount of force you did previously. I've had similar issues with other... -
