well, after going through the PMs. I might have about 10 extra Mymod left. But none in gunmetal though. Amazing how popular that color was...

For the 16mm atty, I decided on a post hole of 2.5mm. For the 13mm, a post hole of 1.5mm. Please tell me if that's enough for most. Remember, these are dedicated post holes for each coil. Thanks

I think it has to do with power more, as opposed to the physical size of the coil. Cloud chasers generally vape at a higher power than tootle puffers. They need big cottons to soak up lots of juice to prevent burning. And that requires bigger coils, not necessarily because bigger coils burns...

My atty will be for bottom feeders, so looking flush on a tube mod is not a priority.

why not? it offers a compact atty for both flavor and cloud chasers

okay, so no one has objected to the 16mm/13mm INNER diameter proposal so far... The 13mm for tootle puffers, and 16mm for the cloud guys. 1. Is it safe to assume that "generally" cloud guys will consume e-juice faster than tootle puffers? 2. Is it safe to assume that "generally" cloud guys will...

I guess I'm not planning to do a 22mm one because I feel it's an arbitrary size, made to fit the 18640 tube mods flush. I hear people saying 13mm is too small to build on, or that larger chamber gives more clouds, but at the same time they still mention a domed top or a decreased chamber size...

I want to decide on the size first. I think I will do a 13mm and 16mm one. The 13mm has a special meaning to me as that's what I vape. I thought about doing 15mm but it just doesn't seem that different from 13. What do you guys think? Once I get the diameter (inner diameter) settled, then we can...

That's what I'm thinking of doing.

That's pretty big. So even if I design 4 holes where each coil has their own pair of holes, I would want to make it 2.5mm? BTW, what would be an ideal distance between the posts? Everyone else feel free to chime in too.

How big of a post hole is enough? (in mm) Also, people likes dedicated holes for each coil right? That's easier to build on. Obviously, you need bigger holes if two coils are sharing one hole as opposed to dedicated holes. Please take that into account when answering. Thanks

I'm curious why 13mm are not popular in the US. So enough room to fit two 4mm diameter coil would be sufficient for most ppl?

Well, I'm designing an atty now, and I need to get it out by Aug. I originally envisioned an one size fit all version but it seems I'm better off doing two- one 13mm and perhaps one 18mm? It doesn't seem practical to do one size- say 16mm, that'll satisfy no one given the great divergence in...

That's kind of my impression too. I'm a mouth to lung guy, and the small 13mm atties have worked fine for me so far. But it seems the 22mms are far more popular (are they?), and I want to try out different types of vaping from now on. You mentioned inner volume. It's a lot easier to get a...

Okay, I admit, I have not used too many different vaping devices. Though I'm about to try out more. So far my atties are all the tiny 13mm or 15mm ones. They work fine for the kind of vaping I do, which is similar to smoking. But with all this talk about small chamber size leading to better...

Those glass drip tips you posted are interesting. I've never tried them. I assume the wide portion is all hollow and the thing is blown with uniform thickness throughout?

I wonder what kind of drip tips you guys use. I've always used the stock drip tips that has roughly 4mm inner diameter and about 30mm in length. I've never tried the wide bore tips. Does anyone know how drip tip length/bore affect the vape? Thanks

I use the old school bottles. I have good thumb strength so the "hardness" of the bottle doesn't bother me. It's just that when the juice gets low you have to squonk for a longer time. I squonk every hit or two.
