This is exactly the case for the button. They are all the same and when they come off the machine they have a frosted look but with use it will turn clear over the next couple of weeks :) We haven't changed anything on the buttons -

Just to help clear things up on the order numbers, the orders are all split up into separate lines by type: Mini, Chrome, Black and Silver and also by LED color because we build them in batches, so this can be the reason why the order numbers get scrambled, but in your line they are all grouped... -

This is exactly the case. They actually take longer to make on the machines than the original, costing more, because of the design work, and the small amount of material saved doesn't really add up to much, but its a really nice form factor and run time is excellent with the 700mah :) -

Mail man just came by
Try cleaning the contact down inside the tube. Its possible it didn't get cleaned good enough before it was shipped or it picked up some grime with use. Using a long Q-tip and some isopropyl you can clean the pin and this should help with that :) -

Update on orders: Were a little behind right now but going to get caught up quickly. 18490 batteries are in route and should land here on Sat or Monday. If it looks like they will arrive on Sat from the tracking info, the team is prepared to come in and work the weekend to get orders out. :) -
