Wierd issue
Most of the low battery problems are directly related to getting a good connection to the battery. Many times cleaning the battery terminals, spring and cleaning out the threads on the end cap and tube will help alot. -

This is normal for it to read LO when the unit is turned off. Its because in order to read the Ohm's of the atty, the unit needs to fire the atomizer for a short time to measure it. If the unit is turned off then it won't be able to fire the atty. -

Problem with Provari!!
Typically when the unit does not fire and shows 1.3ohms for all attys we ask if the unit has been dropped or taken a fall? This is one of the signs of a damaged component from a drop. Email us if it continues and we can arrange to take a look at it. -
