    Sorry should have clarified. :) Sleep mode puts the device to sleep when its not being used to save battery energy.

    Hello, There is a new update to the Radius software now available - Radius Version 20 Sleep mode - A bug was introduced in the previous version that didn't allow the sleep mode to work properly. The update fixes this issue. :)

That makes us nervous having a piece of metal that could come loose and fall into the device :) A small O-ring was a better solution.     Hi KBF, Let us know if you continue to have trouble. You can also try pressing the main button once when it's plugged in to wake up the device if it's not recognized by the computer.
