Things are very stable with the Radius. Even with the cap issues, we still maintained a very low failure rate. Pv1, 2.0, 2.5 and P3 all went through their initial period of working bugs out. It's pretty common for any new product. :) As for the beta, things are going very well and we should... -

Hi Stanley, The output fault 7 error is related to a bad capacitor. Very spotty. We have removed all of those components from inventory to be pro-active and switched to a different brand. While it's only been on a small number of units, we don't see this being a long term issue. -

Hello, You can set the display to stay off while vaping. This is in: Set > Dis > Time > Off If you also turn your Led off, then nothing will light up :) Tip - Save these settings into profile 1, then turn everything back on, and save that to profile 2, then you can quickly switch between... -

Nice collection!! Some sample parts arrived this week and they look great. As someone mentioned earlier, we had to wait for Halloween. :) Production parts are in the works and we should know more next week as to timing for the release. We will keep you posted.
