ProVape does not play chinese checkers when it comes to taking care of it's customers.

I feel so honored that the Ocelot has acknowledge me! All hail the Ocelot. The Sacred Text of Manual
Chapter one
Verse three
You may wish to start your vigil immediately. Now is the time of fasting and waiting. You shall not sleep; you shall not eat, as it might maketh you sleepy; you must at all times have a clear view of the Mail of vape receptacle, least the postal carriage slip by unnoticed. Chasing said carriage and screaming unintelligibly in the ProVarinati tongue of pseudo-EngLatin is acceptable. Weeping is allowed, but only after the Sacred ProVari is in your hands and the tears are of gratitude. Bursting into tears because the tracking number hasn't updated in 3 hours is considered impudent.
Thumbs uP!!!Haha! I'm definitely using that saying in the future.
Hanging out in the ProVape forum and reading posts for hours also causes one to vape more.
Aren't smartphones great?
You read the forum on a phone? I couldn't do that with a gun to my head.
Sorry Tippi.Good to read that the output fault 7 is fixed, because I have it now, must sent my Radius back after few weeks of using.![]()
Don't second guess your purchase. Enjoy it!I have not been on the frum for a long time. Just been happily vaping with my gun metal Zencoat Provari v2.5 and lost track of time. Anyway after going out with friends the next morning I noticed that my 2.5 was nowhere to be found. Fortunately I still have my 1st Provari and a spare addy. As one would expect I went to the Provape site and was surprised to learn about the new Radius and I liked the look of it. It being on Cyber Monday Provape was running a sale so I pushed the button and ordered one in black along with a Gold Zencoat 2.5 to replace my missing in action 2.5. That along with A Kabuki 510 from MTBaker and I am now again good to go or so I thought. After making my purchse I was very surprised to see so many negative comments about the Radius. I am not familiar with all of this new tech, temp control 100 watt, 200 watt PV's ect. I hope I didn't just buy yesterdays newspaper for $200. Is all of that extra stuff really important? I am starting to feel like I just purchased a really well made 8 track tape player while everyone else seems to be talking about their MP3 players. Boy I really hope that that is not the case because the way Provape makes thier stuff this Radius will probably outlive me and then I would not have an excuse to justify buying a new PV.

Don't let the negatives you've heard about bias you until you try it. Then come back and tell us what you think about it.
I can only speak for myself. My wife and I have been vaping over 4 years. Like a lot of folks I was always looking for the next best thing. I've got DNA40's, and Chinese TC mods. They sit on the vape table unused.
My wife and I each have a Radius. She has another on order and I'm saving to get another one. Mine is topped w/ a KF V4 and her's a KFL-Lite. The vape is fine ... just fine. I can blow clouds if I want (I'm not a cloud chaser though). I gave the TC mods a try for a number of months and 'for me' I saw no real advantage. Get a quality atty, put it on the Radius and I can just enjoy the vape without being all technical about it. I don't want to know or care about the TCR curves and all that jazz ... I just want a good vape.
It tells me congrats are in order...Well, My Wife and I have one each of IPV 4s with TC, several mechanicals, and a few other devices and one each 2.5 Provari in bead blasted stainless. I just ordered a Radius on our meager income. Now what does that tell ya?![]()
If I read the forum on a computer, I wouldn't get any work done!

You get more work done looking at a phone?
There's this thing where you can have lots of windows open on your computer at the same time and go back and forth. That way you can work and read. Maybe it's just a Mac thing...
@Vape360 ... uh oh! I've been following this thread since the beginning and don't remember running into this problem. I just opened a case on the Provape ZenDesk. Here's the issue.
There is a red LED constantly on (not the button 'lighting up' that can be seen 'through/above' the top of the fire button.
The Radius is still working other wise and fires the atomizer. The fire button and up/down light up as normal. The menu is accessible and useable. I removed the battery. Obviously the red LED went out. Re-insert the battery and the red LED comes back on. I tried shutting off the display/buttons. The red LED continues to shine. The battery gauge shows about 3/4 charge. The battery measured at 3.88 volts when checked. The firmware is Ver 18.

This is my wife's Cabernet Radius and she's upset but is quite confident it will all work out. Luckily even with the problem its usable. Now she wants her blue one to ship fast as she's not looking forward to being without a Radius and I'm not so sure I'm such a loving husband to give her my Onyx.![]()
