Different power levels can change the frequency of the converter and some power levels won't cause a sound at all, its the nature of the converter. -

Agree...Our process for any failures is to fast track them directly to engineering to evaluate the cause so we can quickly implement any changes necessary. Sometimes it's things like a bad component, software bug, solder splash, a process that needs to be changed, etc. We have a great team here... -

The high pitch sound is normal. It's been there on the 2.0, 2.5 and P3. It's mostly only something you can hear when in a very quiet room as it's not very loud. This is the power converter, since it runs at high frequencies. It's nothing to be concerned about :) -

Hi Mirags, Keep an eye on this and see if it happens again. I'll have Kenny PM you with our email address. Could be a bug in the software, which can be easily fixed via USB. With any new product, bugs can surface. We will get them squashed. -

For the charger, any USB wall plug with 1 amp charging will work great. It's ok if it's a 2 amp charger as the Radius will limit itself to its internal max charging. Im sure the cell phone chargers you mention would work great! -

Hmm, we have been able to pull the battery isolation tabs and didn't have any issues. I will check some units tomorrow and see if we need to make any changes. For those wondering what this is, it's a plastic strip that disconnects the battery from the device during transit and storage. Once... -

Hi Kasanova, The P3 cuts the battery around 3.2-3.3 and the Radius will go even lower due to the connection type on the bottom. Typically when you see a battery cut at 3.7-3.8 it's not because the P3 is instructed to stop at that voltage, but rather the connection is causing it. If the spring... -
