    The LED flashing would be at near fully drained charge- LiPo batteries will last you longer if you charge them before they reach that point :) -Joseph

    I would suggest charging the battery as soon as it becomes red. LiPos/18650 batteries generally last longer if you recharge them before reaching near-depletion. I do not believe the wattage adjustment section is available on its own. Thank you and if you have any more questions please feel free :)
