So, I ran in to that with my CE9. When I took it apart and tested it at the posts though (not the 510 connector) I got 2.3 ohms. Give that a shot. It's hard to test the sealed end 510. -

First Question: Can the top portion of that atty be mounted directly on the bottom without the middle (tank piercing section) in there? I tried that, the threads are different. However the tank piercing spike can be removed and you can use it without a tank completely as a dripper. Second... -
