    I wouldn't worry *too* much about nic overdose via e-cigs. It seems at least *likely* you're absorbing much less than via analogs. Even the latest Smoore instructions claimed their high carts give you ~ 1/6th intake vs an analog, and then there's this, which would seem to indicate somewhere...

    Look at the way the metal wick sites. align the cart 'flat spots' to surround the wick in 'the same direction.' Hard to explain, but easy to see..if you put the cart in so it's like an 'X' or 90* off from the way the metal wick is, it's possible it may not fit properly or put pressure on the...
