Try a wider coil? There seems to be cotton overhanging the air hole in the 1st pic. When wet it's gonna sag and rest on the lip of the air hole.. -

How Abt you try using a 'wider' coil? Like a spaced coil perhaps? Just so when you fold the cotton down to the well it stays clear of the air hole, not 'resting' on the lip if the hole? -

Try 15 - 18 W? Not so sure Abt the cotton tho.. Looks like more juice than cotton in the well, mine looks more like drippaboi's.. When the cotton absorbs the juice it is actually puff up pretty high, almost level or just touching the air hole. So add more cotton and pump up the W? No harm tryin... -

Read somewhere the # depends on the juice.. High or low PG affects the wicking. High PG get low #.. Like ard 300. Or is it the other way round ?? Can't remember.. ;( Higher W also seems to tone down the 'poping', for me at least.. -

Sounds like the way I did mine.. But mine doesn't leak and yours leak.. Could there be other factors in play? At my wits end here.. Hopefully others have got better ideas? Maybe the wattage/temp setting? -

Hmmm.. For that I m not sure.. Did u stuff the cotton to the corners below the posts, like really filling up, no empty space on the deck itself? I used like easily more than twice the amount/length of cotton compared to my other attys. That and the clockwise screwing of coil legs solved the... -

I do find the W deck similar to the KF4 and GT2.. That the wicking part take a bit of careful placement, or it may not wick enough(I chain vape) .. For the B deck, once I figured out the coiling legs to go around the screws from the inside, and ample cotton, I had no issues whatsoever.. No leaks... -

Do you mean the SqR 's' ? Well it's nice and compact.. Been rocking the VS and the 'S', for a few days now, really liking it :) but if u r a heavy user u might wanna carry a spare tank due to the reduced capacity..
