Choices between APVs - I need to make one!

The Vamo for price and ease of use IMO.

Hit and miss when firing my Vamo

Could just be a fincky fire button. Hopefully it gets better with more presses!

    New to e-Cigs

Never tried the eGo t and I don't like top coil stuff because they don't wick fast enough for me. That maybe why you got a harsh hit on the CE4. I've had better luck with carto tanks. Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer, 3.5ml

Best bang for the buck IMO!

Soon a AVP with VW in a non-tube style design?

I really like box mods. I wouldn't buy this one.

Removing protection from battery - NOT ADVISABLE !!

The Trustfire 18650 is a Li-ion battery and has a protection circuit for a reason. I'm not a battery snob but there's no way I would use that battery without the protection circuit. Get some AW or Efest (IMR type) batteries.

About to order my first and need a little help.

An eGo twist would be a great place to start.

How many times did you drop your Vamo?

I've had it a month and been lucky so far. I act like it cost me hundreds so it's only left the house once!

    Vamo First Impressions

I'm starting to feel guitly just vaping the Vamo and not using my other "at home mods"... OK I'm over it!

2nd broken one in less than a month!!!

Mine acted wonky when I did a quick battery change from two 18350s to one 18650. I shut it off, pulled the battery and started over again. Seems to be OK now.

    Madvapes Vamo?

kiwivap, myself and probably others grilled them on this 'til they took one out and tried it. It's a Vamo. Would have been nice to get a "thanks" for clueing them in that it was more than just a VV unit.

    Turn a Vamo into a lightsaber handle...or a bomb...or a dud, using extra extensions

I've been running stacked 14500's, 18350's and 18650's for a couple years with no problems. Except when a cheap charger over charged a couple of my IMRs. YMMV.

    Some Good Dekang Flavor Recommends

Hi kiwivap! OK all from Madvapes and I like them all. 555, Desert ship, DK Tab, Red USA mix, DeKang Tobacco. Turkish seemed to clog cartos quickly as I recall. They all taste pretty much the same except one, which I can't remember, but I'm not a real sensitive guy. I mix my juice down with...

Grey 18350 Batteries that came with kit not lasting according to MAH

Most of my mods run on stacked batteries. I haven't had any problems in two years except a cheap charger that over charged two Efest IMR's. Toss the no name batts and get a good charger. I'm using a Tenery from Puresmoker and a I4 Intellicharge.

    Lost my VAMO

$250 worth of vaping gear, including a Prodigy V3.1, stolen from my saddlebag two summers ago. It was heartbreaking, but to lose my Vamo? That would be worse! I feel for ya.

    Turn a Vamo into a lightsaber handle...or a bomb...or a dud, using extra extensions

I'm OK with two 18650's but three 18350's could be up to is 12.6 volts! I doubt the unit is designed for that.

What got you "Over the hump?"

I had to go to mods to switch over. The little guys just didn't have the power or last long enough for me. I've started recommending the eGo twist for new vapers.

    Help with Vamo

Mine has a bit of something sitting on the shelf behind the screen. I couldn't care less. If I start having problems with it I'll try taking it apart, fixing and removing the foreign material. Until then, I'm vapin' this bad boy!
