Well said, I think some are feeling frustrated. I'm very happy and satisfied with VS. They handled my glitchy unit in a timely manor and complaints of a fire button that looses it's finish??!! Where would you be?
When I first learned of ECF, I lurked and read as much as I could. My thirst for knowledge on the subject was insane! Quick Question about my new Lemo drop is it fake?

It took about 10 days total when I sent my first one back. I have two now, like you, don't know what I would do now without TP! CS at VS was great, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from them and probably will!! -
