You can drip with that type as well, but you run the risk of ruining the switch if you get so much liquid into the atomizer that it leaks down into that hole. I have read many...

    It's been discussed around here somewhere... It's some kind of automatic maintenance thing. They are trying to find the best time to do it, so it disrupts the fewest people. That's kind of hard, since we have members in a lot of different time zones.

    Sometimes banging it on a table or something will knock the switch loose. I've read that some people have poked a paperclip in the hole and fixed it. It's trash now, anyway, so you have nothing to lose by trying.
