    Keeps the lactic acid pains away..well it does for me. I was drinking gallons of water to try to stop the pain from lactic acid build up and it was sort of working, now I've switched to eating a banana once a day they're completely gone.     3.7v = best flavour least vapour least throat hit 5v = good flavour medium vapour decent throat hit 6v = least flavour most vapour most throat hit and a good possibility of burning out attys quickly. Those are averages but it all depends on the atomizer and juice obviously.

Personally I would avoid shovelling the e-cigs down someones throat and only if they ask and seem reasonable and open minded would I explain them.
