i didn't look at the link yet, but ebay will end any auction or not allow any e-cigs to sold through ebay. however in the past i did find a ebay international guy selling e-cig kits. if payal doesn't know what is being sold or the seller calls it something else they would be able to get away with it. I think paypal cut-off the online retailers that used paypal check out system, maybe a person to person transaction they wouldnt catch on to it.

so whats your question- buying a kit or not and using paypal to pay? or wondering if people could use paypal in general to pay for e-cig stuff?

Apparently ebay will sell ads for e cigs. I did a search and in the sponsored links 2 other vendors came up. What is odd about this guy is that it take you to his ebay store, that you can't order from. But there is a link to his page were you can.

With ebay and paypal being the same company I am surprised his account is still up, since paypal has closed personal accounts of e cig sales.

I also wonder ,from an ash "sue the .......s" standpoint, if ebay would not still be liable for what ever trumped up charge ash threatened them with for advertisng e cigs as opposed to selling them. If you think about it all ebay does is advertise other's products.

So that was it. I thought it was odd considering all that is going on. If he gets shut down in a day or 2, he just slipped though the cracks. If he is up in a week, let the conspiracy theories about an ebay ad equaling protection money to paypal fly : )

PS at the time I typed this there were 2 ebay auctions for e cigs.
Nothing anyone here would want.

Blimey that video clip on their site would put me off buying from them, never mind anything else

EBay are such hypocrites though. As well as banning the sale of e-cigs on their site plus their sister company, Paypal, closing down accounts associated with the sale of e-cigs. I have also been threatened that my ebay community group "all about e-cigarettes", that I set up a year ago, would be closed down unless I removed all links that let people know where they could buy e-cigs from.

Stranger, as well as that page "talking" as far as eBay is concerned, so does money & in a big way!

Your mom said not to say...
I refuse to do business with companies that try to interfere with my right to buy whatever the hell I want to with my own money. To hell with Paypal and Ebay. I tell retailers that have issues with Paypal to check out https://www.libertyreserve.com they are the same thing as paypal but lower fees, and they don't try to be moral crusaders. Shame they don't have the big name recognition that Paypal has only because of E-bay.

Well, I have found a ton of vendors selling on eBay and went to their site instead for a better deal.

If they have a site, I prefer this.

REALLY, now that eBay has the noose tightened on everybody!

I did actually pay the last four times on paypal for "things I use" relative to this site, but they sell tons of other things, and were probably "hidden" in with those from plain view. Str8 from China, and PG with "ecig" listed here in the US.

I used to use CQout for tobacco products when I was smoking, it's an auction site like e-bay without the finger waving, E-bay and Paypal need to learn to keep their nose out and behave like professional financial institutions. CQout use their own in-house payment system which is very straight forward and has an escrow system for a small extra charge. They do a small selection of E-cig products. I think it's a UK site but I used to buy tobacco from Singapore from there when I was smoking, had zero issues with payment, delivery etc.
