    It's entirely possible to kill those batteries in 30 minutes, especially if your running LR attys. I had a mod a LONG time ago that used those and they'd be dead in just under an hour. I refuse to use any mod that doesnt take an 18650 now.

    If your total was less than 35.99(I think) David ships for like 1.25, but it does not provide confirmation. You wont even get an email saying your stuff shipped, but rest assured you will get it, usually three days for me(and I'm on the east cost). He is most definitely a top notch vendor.

    I'm betting your MM isnt 100% accurate. Without touching the leads to the battery, you should see very little voltage(.01 v or less) If your seeing .3v, theres the error in your multimeter

    I'm going to go with a charger issue. I have a few AW 18650 IMRs, all are over 2 months old and I charge at least one per day, and they still charge in the same amount of time as always, about 45-50 minutes(using a PILA charger)
