Jack Frost, no juice burns. I don't even fold in the edge (Scubatdan) anymore. Not needed. The first time my set up gets juice is after the hot spots ( if any) are sorted. Sometimes I dry burn if it's not convenient to recoil. For the tiny cost, I usually put a new coil on. -

I have been campaigning pretty darned hard for him to make another mechanical device. ;-) Just remember that the great wicking is due in part to the smaller tank size. I'm not certain he would sacrifice performance. Time will have to bare that out. Filling is quick and easy to me. -

Based on reading several forums, the Orion is probably one of the most finicky to set up right. Mesh needs to be completely oxidized or you will cuss like a sailor. Tightening the top terminal nut really helps that connection. Seems 90+% of hot spots are at the top lead. You can always wrap... -

Great comments Fili! For those coming from zenesis, the draw is going to be tight. If flavor is more important than vàpor, I would caution you to vape it for a week (exclusively) before drilling. The air mix is critical IMO for flavor. Get too much and it tastes like a carto. Les has said... -
