    Does it move at all? Wonder if a bit of kanthal got in the threads. If it will move a little, try going both directions. Worst case, vice grips with some padding like those rubber jar opener sheets.

    No. Looks to be similar size. I don't like too much mesh anyway. Less mesh seems to produce better flavor for me. Why I cut my mesh to 18mm width. Correct, properly oxidized mesh does not need isolators. Ask any Orion owner. ;-)

    Sorry I meant to type wick. Being on phone sux! You are correct on the shoulder washers. It's what I had readily available that fit. Coils do need to be gunked a little, too much is not good. You don't want the portion of the wick in the tank gunked. All that does is darken juice and tastes bad...

    No Ed, shoulder washers as islators for the wick. Look like this. My switch is fine so far but I did use deoxit gold straight away.

    Ed, once I source them I'll show you, busy breaking in my wick. ;-) I got them from Pailpoe to mod my original Orion. They work like the Teflon Zen uses to isolate the wick from the body. If you wick is oxidized properly, they are not needed. There isn't any more air, you adjust wick diameter...

    Yes hole lined up as well as varying degrees off the wick on either side. I thank you for trying. :) it's ok if I don't like it right? We are all different and have different preferences. I'm hoping but have received some PMs that have reinforced my experience.

    Yep! Tape first, then a 2 wrap piece of mesh. Helped the flavor a good bit and decreased TH for me, which is just fine. Honestly if I had to just vape it, it would be gone already. I will give it a week and hope for some tips that will make me love it.

    Bottom buttons are easy once you realize how little pressure is needed. Are you resting on pinky or ring finger and just closing your hand? Id compare flavor to a decent 510 atty right now. I cleaned & conditioned with deoxit, modded the cap & dropped a coil and it's a wee bit better but...
