    Nicotine Comparisons

The USA_LN arrived. Stuck my nose it and got a great nasal tingle and a solvent odor. Rut roh. Has a pink tinge that is barely noticeable mixed down. Mixed at 12mg/ml, it is very, very smooth. Less TH than WL. I detect zero pepper flavor and no nasal tingle on exhale. No solvent taste at all...

Tobacco Absolute - A Flavor All By Itself.

Yes , read that. Because we are using it differently than a perfumery I'm just curious.

Being a rancher, yes all those play a role, in alfalfa anyway. Almost as important is how it is handled at harvest and if the timing is right. I don't believe you were handed a line.

Tobacco Absolute - A Flavor All By Itself.

Oops, I wasn't clear. I am curious how the absolute might vary from batch year to batch year. I very much like what I got and figure its from 2014 from my reading.

Tobacco Absolute - A Flavor All By Itself.

Anyone been using the Samara long enough to be able to comment how much it varies year to year?

Wonder how many varieties they extract from. I imagine since Rustica is highest in nicotine, they would use it. Could be floor sweepings for all we know.

Woody/ cedar is a flavor note I have been chasing for years. Liquid Barn is having a holiday sale, 25% off so I ordered a small bottle to check it out. Will report back, most especially if it is solvent like. ;)

    How to reduce sweet flavor

Long ago, BJ43 had a thread on just tobacco. Two pearls were found that I remember as my taste is similar. Both Hansen: Ry1 & Indian. I did find the Ry1 to be sweet & much too nutty, but the Indian was spot on. It is an earthy tobacco. I perceive sweet from most tobacco concentrates. Usually...

I have decided NN is a bit too pure for my preferences. I've never considered myself a throat hit junkie. I went off PG due to how it ravages my throat. I perceive zero throat hit with NN and apparently I do like a bit of a thump. Back to WL. I did mix the nics 50/50 and that makes it work okay...

    Some Thoughts On Unflavoured

+1 steelgirl. I only drip the past couple of years and its quite amazing how long I can perceive a flavor on the wick. Unflavored with a drip of flavor maybe once every couple of hours. These flavors I used to vape all the time, are now a bit much. Bonus is I can carry & vape various flavors on...

Thanks for the heads up. Ash is something I left behind with the real deal. Has zero appeal for me.

Tobacco Absolute - A Flavor All By Itself.

I've found a touch of apricot or peach go well with Rustica. Not as a mix but dripped on occasion. I mixed some of my precious (no longer produced) ADV, and it seems Rustica has usurped it to my delight. Been on that one for 4.5 years with no replacement. Happy camper.

Thanks to Rossum for offering the testing. Seems I need to try a different vendor to see for myself. ;) CB thank you for your efforts. I'm a visual learner, so your explanations only confused me. The chart is easy peasy. I don't know why, but I didn't realize the results would be averaged...

The Itty Bitty Flavoring Percentage Usage Thread

Dixie, not a super taster, just an improved pallet vaping this long. Certain tabs (not into fluffy flavors) I can only use one drop per 30ml. Have you tried the 100 drop test? It might be very useful for you. As far as having many flavor rejects, its just part of the chase. If I get one out of...
