    From what I see the delrin is coming out. Correct me if I'm wrong but it's not suppose to come out. I know you can remove/take the center post loose, remove the spring and all that but the delrin should not come out..........right.

    Don't believe it should be doing that. Mine doesn't do that. I would get a hold of the place you bought it to get it fixed. If you got it off the classies I would contact that person and see where they got it and then contact them.

    Take the o-ring for the cap off and the tank will slide right off. Mike designed it that way.

    Are you putting the air bubble over the hole when you put the cap on? Are you blowing out any excess juice that may have entered the carto when you put the cap on? Is there liquid in the connection of your mod when you take the tank off?
