    I agree with Cinnamonkey. I load up a fresh carto when they first arrive and try out each flavor. If it isn't a wow factor from the start I put the carto and bottle away for a couple of weeks to steep. Seems like most of the ones I try are complex flavors and need to steep to blend the flavors...
