Slappy, no offense but if you've only been vaping for a week, and are already refilling, then odds are VERY high that you are still suffering from the learning curve. When you first start refilling you can expect to ruin a LOT of cartos. With time and practice, your results will be MUCH better...

It just makes it easier to get the last few drops to drip down from the condom when you turn it upright, and easier for the air to bubble up. Plus, then you don't get liquid on the mouthpiece.
