    Frankie, I've gotten email responses back within one day each time I've sent them. I emailed the day after xmas and got a response the next day...rec'd my new atomizer this past friday. Emailed again friday night, heard back on Saturday with the news that a new kit will be shipping asap.

    Very cute reason! My sympathies are with you guys. I know how bad it is. My daughter's last seizure was in August, but prior to that, she was seizing weekly. We just can't seem to get a handle on it. She'll go for a while with no seizures, then boom...start having regular seizures again...
